When the Meta Mount is used with cinema lenses that feature ARRI's Lens Data System or Cooke's i/Data protocol, focus distance, T-stop, and focal length metadata are transmitted through the adapter's electronic contacts, appear in the BURANO's viewfinder and monitor, and get recorded to the video file for post-production work.
A 12-pin Hirose out connection enables focus, iris, and zoom control for ENG-style, servo-controlled broadcast lenses through the camera, Sony BURANO GP-VR100 hand grip, Sony FX9 top handle, a remote control panel, or the BURANO's web GUI.
The Meta Mount has a max power consumption of 350mAh at 12V and includes a set of shims for precise lens calibration, a mini-USB cable for firmware updates, and accessory power cables.
