Manfrotto Rail 5 mt Aluminium - Black
The rails are made of black anodized aluminium profile in the standard lengths listed here.
By joining two or more fixed rails it is possible to obtain longer lengths. Movable rails cannot be joined.
To connect two fixed rails use the fitting cod. FF3208.
It is always necessary to reinforce the junction of two rails by placing a ceiling connection at the junction itself.
Movable rails longer than 3 m shall be supported by more than two fixed rails.
It is advisable never to exceed the distance of 2 m between the fixed rails (see diagram).
The distance between the rail support brackets depends on the load expected to be borne by the rail, but in general you should follow the table on the left.
"A" means the distance between two anchorage points.
However, we recommend not to place the fixing brackets at a distance of more than 2 m from each other.
